Slack integration

Mention the agent.
Get the work back in-thread.

Mention @mixus in any channel or DM. It drafts, retrieves, and executes — and a human approves before anything ships.

What the agent does in Slack

Four jobs,
done in the thread.

01

Draft & redline.

NDAs, MSAs, vendor agreements. Track-changed against your standard, every suggestion tied to a rule.

02

Summarize & retrieve.

Pull up the last executed version, your standard, or what a senior reviewer changed last time.

03

Execute, with approval.

File a ticket. Send the draft. Kick off a playbook. A named reviewer approves before any of it ships.

04

Log & learn.

Every run is logged. Reviewer edits become rules — and the next draft inherits them.

Where it earns its keep

Four mentions,
four results back.

01Intake

@mixus open an NDA review for vendor X.

Agent creates the matter, pulls the relevant playbook, and pings the named reviewer. Everything logged, nothing auto-sent.

02Redline

@mixus mark up this contract against our standard.

Track-changes .docx returned in the thread. Accept all, dismiss one, or open in Word to iterate.

03Recall

@mixus what did Shai change on the last Acme MSA?

Retrieves the diff and explains the rule behind each change. Your standard stays embedded, not in one lawyer’s head.

04Handoff

@mixus file the redlined draft and notify counsel.

Executes once a human approves. Audit trail shows who sent, when, with what version, under which rule.

How it works in Slack

It only speaks
when you ask it to.

@mixus replies to mentions and DMs — nothing else. Every action waits for a human in-thread before it ships.

Triggers a reply

@mention in a channel.

#deal-team — @mixus redline this NDA against our standard.

Works in any channel after you run /invite @mixus. It reads only the message it’s tagged in, plus the thread it’s replying inside.

Triggers a reply

Direct message.

DM — @mixus what changed in the Acme MSA last quarter?

Open the mixus app in your sidebar and DM it. Same agent, same playbooks — scoped to you.

Stays silent

Ambient chatter.

#random — anything not addressed to @mixus.

No silent listening. No history indexing. If you don’t tag it or DM it, it doesn’t respond.
